Help & Support

Start with the relevant tool, repeat the check, and change one variable at a time.

Mouse checks

Check each button, move the wheel in both directions, and compare pointer movement with what you do physically.

Keyboard checks

Press keys one at a time, then try the combinations that are causing trouble. Browser and operating-system shortcuts may be intercepted.

Timing checks

Close busy tabs, repeat several times, and compare the pattern rather than treating one value as a hardware specification.

Clicking checks

Use the speed and accuracy tools for practice and comparison. Results depend on the device, browser, display, and current system load.

How to isolate a problem

1. Repeat the same action several times and note whether the behavior is consistent.

2. Change one condition: reconnect the device, replace or charge its battery, use another USB port, or close background applications.

3. Repeat in another current browser and, if possible, on another computer.

4. If the issue remains, use the manufacturer's diagnostic or support process. A browser check cannot inspect firmware or internal hardware.
